Positive: Location was good and quiet. Had all basic necessities and plenty of room.

Negative: The WiFi wouldn’t connect and the owner was really slow at replying to help. Didn’t even reply till the next day when I was gone. There were no clear instructions on how to check in. Wasn’t until I messaged them asking, did they tell me they left the key in the door. They should definitely send a welcome message explaining how it will go upon check in. Where is okay to park etc. There was blood on the toilet seat and toilet paper in the toilet when I arrived. So clearly wasn’t cleaned very well there. But the rest of the place was clean.

Summary: Good for the cost.
